Fondue AnYoNe ?!?!?

Lane & I love to go to the Melting Pot. For Christmas he bought me 3 different Fondue Pots so we can do the Appetizer, Main course and Desert.

~*~ SO TONIGHT, WE BROUGHT THE MELTING POT HOME ~*~

First we did a 3 Cheese appetizer and had all sorts of veggies to dip, Bread & Apples... Delicious!!!

Then for the main dish, we did a Tomato sauce with a butternut squash ravioli

For desert, I melted chocolate with a few Reese's peanut butter chips. After that was melted I added a hand full of Heath toffee chips. We had Rice krispie treats, brownie bites, peanut butter snack bars and apples to dip.

Even little Belly Bell was excited about the Fondue.. ha ha ha

It was a AWESOME first attempt at a Fondue dinner....

Chocolate Peanut Butter Trifle

Last weekend we went over to Lane's brothers for dinner and I made this Trifle for desert.. It was Absolutely Amazing!!!

1 Peanut butter brownie mix (or reg. chocolate brownie mix)

1 Package Vanilla Instant Pudding

3 cups of milk

1/2 cup Creamy Peanut Butter

2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract

1 Cup Whipped Cream

2 1/2 Cups Coarsely Chopped Peanut Butter Cups

-Bake brownies accordingly... Cool

*Cut brownies into 3/4 pieces

- Combine Vanilla pudding mix and milk in large mixing bowl

- Beat for 2 minutes or until think.

*Add peanut butter and Vanilla

*Beat until smooth

- Gently fold in 1/2 of whipped cream

- Place half the brownies in Trifle with 1 1/4 cup chopped

peanut butter candies and add 1/2 pudding

* Repeat layers

- Spoon reserved Whipped cream over the Trifle and Garnish top

This year has been quite eventful. To start out, we met in January 2010 through mutual friends and hit it off right away. We dated over the next 8 months and were married on August 28,2010 in the Draper, Utah temple. We have the most Wonderful relationship and are so extremely happy.
